Cost: Call Rose City Senior Center 889-5960 for cost and more information.

This class is a floor class. It means we will be getting up and down. Sandy Hartnett and Carol Klammer alternate teaching of this class. We work on strengthening and balance, flexibility and stamina. Senior center membership is open to anyone over 55 years old. (It is a very reasonable cost to join!)
