I enjoy this short series from the Viniyoga tradition. Some of the variations can
include holding any of the positions for a number of breaths, changing the length
of inhale or exhale, or holding the inhale or exhale for a part of the breath cycle.
Further variations in segmentation of movement, repetition, and staying in the posture
are nearly infinite and can create a practice that is uniquely suited to the practitioner's
needs and goals.
