Christine’s lifelong participation in competitive sports and the use of physical fitness regimens to rehabilitate from injuries have fueled her interest in movement and anatomy from an early age. Currently a lead Integrated Yoga Tune Up® instructor, she has also taught Pilates, SPIN® and Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga. Christine’s playful classes brim with laughter and anatomical information designed to help students embody and revitalize their own tissues. Christine’s blogs have appeared on Yoganonymous, YogaDork and Yoga Tune Up®. She continues her studies with Jill Miller, Glenn Black and Gil Hedley, and is currently pursuing her certification as a Restorative Exercise Specialist™ with Katy Bowman. Christine owns Quiet Corner Body Studio in Hanover, CT where she teaches her
students how to move better, feel better and keep it that way. You can also find her assisting national Yoga Tune Up® workshops and trainings.
