Our sleep is not well understood. It is essential but health experts are not 100% clear on the exact mechanisms of sleep.
No matter for us, we know if we feel well and have slept well, or not! Our workshop will cover some information and research into how sleep is working or not working.
We will also learn a few strategies, and we will practice some of these techniques that can help quiet down the nervous system, and create a quiet space in your head, heart and body so you can sleep well and deeply.
